Chemical analysis, sample testing and product synthesis

It is often necessary to analyze or test samples of materials on behalf of our clients. We have a strong background in analytical chemistry and are knowledgeable of many methods of sample evaluation. We understand the importance of choosing which tests to perform, particularly as these relate to the concept of full disclosure. We have prepared and edited videos of laboratory procedures for presentation at trial.

 

Patent Infringement and Trade Secrets

We have a good understanding of patent law and experience in writing patent applications. We are familiar with trade secret law, the First Restatement of Torts and the requirements for demonstrating misappropriation of trade secrets.
