Oversaw development of state of the art polymers for high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Developed production standards and implemented quality control program. Established national and international marketing network through OEM, distributors, private label and direct sales. Published technical papers with reputation for clarity and high standards of English. Hired and trained managers for Operations, Marketing, Quality Control, Finance. Oversaw an average growth rate of 25% with pretax profits as high as 26%. Built company to prominent position in field. Negotiated agreement with E. Merck (Darmstadt) and sold them majority shareholder position.

President. Began as Applications Chemist. Developed numerous applications involving company's specialty polymers for amino acid analysis. Established international marketing network for company's products through OEM, distributors and direct sales. Promoted to Vice President. Designed and developed HPLC for low-cost amino acid analysis. Developed and implemented standard cost program for company's products. Oversaw technology transfer using Dow Chemical Co. proprietary processes that led to Dionex dominance in field of ion chromatography. Promoted to President. Oversaw steady company growth and pretax profits in excess of 20%. Built company to prominent position in field. Resigned from company  to found Interaction Chemicals Inc.
